How it was built

Built end to end as a solo project. A parsing pipeline extracts and chunks the lease text out of an uploaded PDF, an AI analysis layer reads it clause by clause and flags anything risky or unusual with a plain-English explanation, and Paystack handles pay-per-scan billing. It's deliberately account-free - no sign-up, nothing stored beyond the scan itself - to keep the flow as frictionless as upload, read, done.
